Heal-In is a calm and safe counselling space owned by specialist wellness counsellor Taryn Tolmay. Taryn holds an Honours degree in Psychology and is registered with the ASCHP as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor (SWC25/7351).
Taryn offers counselling support for trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse and addiction, sexual abuse, relationship and couples concerns, stress, burnout, post-partum challenges, as well as self-care, personal growth and goal setting.
Her work is grounded in a person-centred approach, which means she believes that you are the expert of your own life. You are the expert of your story and experiences, and you already possess the inner strength and capacity to face the challenges you may be experiencing. Taryn’s role is to walk alongside you – offering guidance, reflection, and practical tools and resources as you explore, heal and discover what you are seeking.
Taryn offers in-person sessions at Mommy Wellness Spa as well as online counselling. She provides a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, seen and accepted just as you are.
Mom’s Dad’s Baby Edu-Centre is a trusted family education centre in Benoni, owned and run by Megan Whiley de Kock. Megan is a registered nurse and midwife and an Internationally Certified Childbirth Educator (ICCE), with many years of experience supporting expectant parents and families with babies.
The centre offers expert-led antenatal classes, postnatal care, breastfeeding support, routine childhood immunisations in line with the South African Expanded Programme on Immunisation (EPI), baby development guidance, introduction to solids classes, and practical parenting support — helping moms and dads feel informed, confident, and supported from pregnancy through early parenthood.
