Yes – pregnancy massage can still be enjoyed at 40 weeks and even beyond your due date, provided your pregnancy is uncomplicated and your healthcare provider has not advised otherwise. Massage may also be used as a comfort measure during early labour.
Not at Mommy Wellness. As your pregnancy progresses, we use comfortable side-lying positioning with support, allowing you to relax without pressure on your growing belly. ACOG specifically identifies side-lying as a preferred position for pregnancy massage.
Pregnancy massage can help with relaxation and circulation, which may feel especially welcome when your legs and feet feel heavy or uncomfortable.
Important: Sudden, severe or one-sided swelling—especially with pain, redness or warmth—needs medical assessment rather than massage.

At Mommy Wellness, our therapists are trained and accredited in Pregnancy Massage, and we use specialised Bella Roze pregnancy products.
Absolutely. 🤍 While we don’t perform pregnancy massage during the first 12 weeks, it doesn’t mean you have to miss out on some well-deserved care.
You can still enjoy suitable treatments such as a facial or pedicure, with your pregnancy always taken into consideration.
