This Gift voucher may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and may only be used for treatments to the same value. Gift Cards cannot be discounted and cannot be combined with any other offerings. Not transferable to any other person.

From date of issue Mommy Wellness reserves its rights to advise the holder of the gift voucher that the cost of the particular treatment has increased and inform the holder of the voucher that the holder of the voucher will be liable for the payment of the remaining balance when the treatment is provided.

Please remember to bring your Gift Card to your appointment in order to redeem it. We require a Gift Card issue number in order to verify/confirm Gift Card validity.

In accordance with section 63 of the Consumer Protection Act, vouchers expire after a period of 3 years after the date on which they are issued. Please be advised that according to Section 63(1)(b) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) we are only required to provide services to any person who presents a gift voucher up to the value represented by it.
